• Provide clinical supervision and support to nursing staff on your shift
• Deliver compassionate nursing care in line with resident care plans and physician orders
• Monitor medication administration, treatments, and documentation accuracy
• Observe and report changes in resident health and emotional status
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Promote compliance with all facility policies and regulatory standards
• Lead by example, fostering a positive, team-focused work environment

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of New Jersey
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
• Strong clinical knowledge, organizational skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively
• Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities
• A resident-first mindset and team-oriented attitude
