The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee nursing operations and support our clinical team. This role is ideal for a skilled RN ready to take on a leadership position in a long‑term care setting.
Responsibilities- Supervise nursing staff and manage clinical operations during assigned shifts
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Monitor resident conditions and maintain accurate documentation

- Active RN license in the state of New Jersey
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in long‑term care
