This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at a busy beach bar by supporting daily operations through cleaning, organizing, and assisting both staff and guests. It involves tasks such as setting and clearing tables, restocking supplies, and keeping all areas—including restrooms—clean and presentable. The position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

Flexibility is essential, as shifts may vary based on business volume.

Bussers clean tables, taking plates, utensils, and drinkware to the kitchen to be washed, make sure diners' water glasses are full, and reset tables for the next service. Bussers might help waiters and waitresses bring food out to a table, restock utensils, napkins, and other dining room needs.
