Hourly rate ranges from $19.92 - $20.17 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.

• Establish and maintain guest services.
• Support the Store Manager in overall operations, ensuring maximum sales and profitability.
• Develop staff, control expenses and shrinkage, and manage all aspects of merchandising and inventory control.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

• Minimum age 18.
• Physical demands: >8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Prior retail and/or management experience required.

This position will work up to 38 hours per week.
