As a Sales Associate, you embody our brand with personal style and passion, bringing welcoming energy to the sales floor daily. You'll assist customers in discovering their look and collaborate effectively with team members and managers to drive business success. Your focus is on creating a seamless customer experience with a spirit of collaboration, kindness, and inclusivity.

• Provide a seamless and authentic customer experience that is an extension of the brand.
• Drive sales while exceeding selling and service expectations for our customers.
• Assist in operational and product‑driven store tasks assigned by the management team while acting in a manner that aligns with our brand values.
• Share customer feedback and insights with the management team.

• Are at least 18 years old.
• Passionately support our brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay up to date with current fashion trends and industry developments.
• Embrace teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while executing tasks.
• Innovate and champion new ideas while navigating uncertainty, demonstrating strong problem‑solving skills.
• Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds (18 kilograms).

Hourly Range: $15.92 - $17.10

The base salary offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region of work premises, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
