Job Description

The Brand Representative is highly engaged, delivering great customer service by anticipating and responding to customer needs. They are outgoing, stylish, and helpful, with a keen awareness of the store environment. They remain approachable and warm, initiate conversations, and connect with customers in a genuine and articulate way, prioritizing the customer experience. They demonstrate relatable, confident, and highly social behaviors on the sales floor that translate into closing the sale.

The starting rate for this position is $15.92 per hour (i.e., the recruiting pay range for this position is $15.92 - $15.92 per hour). The starting rate and range may be modified in the future.
