Responsibilities- Understand company objectives and align daily actions with business priorities.
- Take ownership of personal sales metrics, develop strategies to achieve goals, and create plans for improvement.
- Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, consistently demonstrating the Company’s selling and service models.
- Build and maintain customer relationships through personalized service, product knowledge, and cross‑selling.
- Provide in‑depth product knowledge, including features, benefits, pricing, and current promotional strategies.
- Support store operations by completing daily tasks, maintaining a clean selling floor, and adhering to retail policies.
- Assist with inventory processes, cash‑wrap operations, and visual merchandising to Coach standards.
- Collaborate with the team to share enthusiasm for our shared vision and promote a team selling environment.
- Maintain a calm, professional demeanor and adapt to changing business needs.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of sales experience in a luxury retail environment, with current fashion trend knowledge.
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
- Cash register and basic computer skills (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, Internet).
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally, including frequent climbing and kneeling.
- Flexible schedule to cover nights, weekends, holidays, and high‑traffic sales days.

Base Pay RangeBASE PAY RANGE $15.00 TO $17.75
