A premier entertainment resort is seeking a Catering Sales Coordinator to manage wedding and social catering sales. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of three years in a similar role and possess strong organizational skills. Responsibilities include coordinating event logistics, maintaining vendor relationships, and managing online client leads. Successful candidates will have a college degree or equivalent experience and be familiar with Microsoft Suite and catering operations.

Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required.
