Globe Life seeks a Junior Sales Rep to drive growth in our life and supplemental health insurance business. In this entry-level role, you’ll prospect and qualify leads, conduct needs-based consultations, and present tailored coverage options that help families protect their financial future. You’ll receive comprehensive training, coaching, and licensing support in a performance-driven, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, meeting activity and revenue goals, providing ongoing client support, and upholding strict ethical and regulatory standards while building a long-term career in insurance sales.
Responsibilities- Prospect and qualify individuals and families for life and supplemental health insurance products
- Conduct needs-based consultations and present tailored insurance solutions
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and activity metrics
- Build and maintain a pipeline using CRM tools and follow-up processes
- Provide ongoing client service, policy reviews, and beneficiary updates
- Collaborate with senior reps and managers to refine sales strategies
- Complete required licensing, compliance, and product training
- Follow ethical sales practices and adhere to all regulatory guidelines
- Participate in coaching, role-plays, and performance reviews
- Represent Globe Life at community and outreach events as needed
- Outbound and inbound sales
