Responsibilities include:

• Providing protection for various protectees.
• Conducting criminal investigations related to U.S. financial obligations.
• Planning and executing security measures for National Special Security Events.

• U.S. citizenship
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to carry and proficiently use a firearm
• Age between 21 and 37 at the time of conditional employment offer (with exceptions for veterans and prior federal service)
• Top Secret security clearance
• Uncorrected visual acuity of no worse than 20/100 binocular, corrected to 20/20 in each eye
• Hearing within specified limits
• Successful completion of training at FLETC and James J. Rowley Training Center
• Willingness to accept assignments nationwide and abroad
• Registration with the Selective Service System or exemption
