As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, helping to deter security‑related incidents while supporting a welcoming environment for all visitors and staff. • Mon: 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM
• Thur: 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site‑specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner within the healthcare environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Observe and report any unusual activity, property damage, or maintenance needs encountered during patrols.
• Collaborate with healthcare staff and visitors to address questions or concerns related to security‑related matters.
• Document incidents and daily activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site‑specific protocols.
• Support access control procedures by monitoring entry and exit points as required by site policies.
• Assist in emergency situations by following established protocols and providing guidance to staff, patients, and visitors as appropriate.

• Availability across various days and shifts
• Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments
• A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
• Interest in transitioning into full‑time roles when available

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Able to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
