Perform routine repairs and preventative maintenance to ensure building systems operate efficiently;
Be accountable for all maintenance and repairs of the facility;
Be knowledgeable in all aspects of Hotel Operations Maintenance;
Assist all other trades and crafts with routine and emergency work assignments;
Be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and replacing gaming table layouts;
Be knowledgeable of carpentry, air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, hazardous chemicals, etc.
