We are seeking a Regional Director of Operations who will be responsible for monitoring and assisting in the operations of multiple dental practices affiliated with Premier Dentist Partners in the Mid-Atlantic.

The Regional Director of Operations will focus on executing numerous operational tasks in each of their dental practices with the goal of enhancing practice level efficiencies and growth over time.

Job Responsibilities
  • Approve and monitor office and staff hours daily and weekly to ensure proper staffing recommendations are made at the practice level and staff costs are controlled to budgets
  • Provide oversight and support to practice level managers/operations coordinators and doctors as needed
  • Gather and analyze reports needed by support office including but not limited to weekly AR reports, month end reports, ledger level auditing and allocation audits and corrections
  • Monitor the P&L statements for each supported practice and develop effective ways to close the gaps between actual performance and company projections
  • Directly support dentists in their growth and development, helping them set goals and address operational opportunities within their supported office
  • Motivate team members, resolve conflicts and make difficult decisions
  • Maintain regular communication with dental office staff and affiliated doctors to review practice trends and performance
