A prominent construction organization is seeking an experienced Director of Construction Operations to lead and mentor teams across all construction verticals. This leadership role is ideal for a hands‑on, field‑oriented professional who has experience in General Contracting or Builder/Developer environments. The Director will serve as the operational bridge between field activities and executive leadership, ensuring clear communication and execution across all project stages.

• Field Leadership & Oversight:
  Lead construction operations across all active projects, acting as the primary point of contact between the field and executive leadership.
• Team Management & Hiring:
  Oversee recruitment, training, and management of all construction personnel, ensuring team performance and development.
• Project Execution:
  Ensure all construction activities align with quality, schedule, and budget expectations, with an emphasis on accurate field reporting and accountability.
• Communication & Reporting:
  Serve as a direct liaison to the C‑Suite, delivering clear updates based on field conditions, not just documentation.
• Scope Management:
  Oversee base building construction efforts, coordinating effectively with construction teams to maintain project continuity.

• Experience:
  
  12-20 years of construction experience with required general contracting exposure.

  Skills:
  
  In‑depth understanding of field operations, sequencing, and project delivery in complex, multi‑phase construction.
• Leadership Qualities:
