This is an opportunity for the right physician to practice full-spectrum OB/GYN with autonomy, surgical volume, and a growing patient base drawn from across southwest Iowa. • Full-spectrum services: vaginal deliveries, C-sections, laparoscopic gynecology, hysterectomy, infertility care
• 4 LDRP suites with in-room fetal monitoring; fully integrated EMR and in-clinic point-of-care ultrasound
• Shared 1:4 call, STABLE-trained nursing staff and 24/7 CRNA coverage

• Option for block schedule (7 on/7 off) or traditional. Providers design their own clinic templates and visit lengths
• High patient demand allows immediate ramp-up of a full panel
• Call structure adaptable to provider preferences
• OR block time available; surgical flexibility supported by modern facilities and robotics planning

• Base salary of $400,000-$450,000 plus RVU bonus potential
• $180,000 Signing Bonus plus $10,000 relocation support
• 8 Weeks of PTO + 1 week CME time with $4,500 CME
• Full malpractice including tail, 100% employer-paid health insurance, and participation in IPERS + 401(a)/457(b) retirement

• BC/BE in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Open to all experience levels; new graduates and experienced physicians welcome
• Comfort with full-spectrum OB and GYN care, including surgical procedures
• Willingness to be part of a regional maternal health network and community hub
