We are seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers to join our team on an as-needed basis. Our caregivers provide essential support and companionship to individuals who may require assistance with daily tasks, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide mobility assistance and help with physical exercises as needed
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary, ensuring dietary needs are met
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment
• Administer medication as prescribed and monitor health conditions
• Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities
• Document care provided and report any significant changes in the client’s condition
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare or related fields is a plus
• Prior experience in caregiving, nursing assistance, or similar roles preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Must be reliable and flexible with availability
• Valid CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain upon hiring

Work Environment

• Clients' private homes, assisted living facilities, or other healthcare environments
• Flexible hours based on client needs, including potential evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
