Job Description:

We are seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers to join our team on an as-needed basis. Our caregivers provide essential support and companionship to individuals who may require assistance with daily tasks, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Responsibilities:

- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide mobility assistance and help with physical exercises as needed
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary, ensuring dietary needs are met
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment
- Administer medication as prescribed and monitor health conditions
- Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities
- Document care provided and report any significant changes in the client’s condition
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare or related fields is a plus
- Prior experience in caregiving, nursing assistance, or similar roles preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Must be reliable and flexible with availability
- Valid CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain upon hiring

Work Environment:

- Clients' private homes, assisted living facilities, or other healthcare environments
- Flexible hours based on client needs, including potential evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
