Compensation &
Incentives:
$7,500 sign‑on bonus. Eligible for up to 10% of annual salary through community bonus program.
- Ensure community follows all federal, state, local laws and regulations as they pertain to clinical care.
- Collect, analyze, and report occurrence trends; develop and implement improvement plans as needed.
- Partner with Administrator and team members to analyze and maintain resident and team member health safety.
- Collaborate with pharmacy consultant to provide optimal pharmaceutical services to residents.
- Provide clinical expertise to licensed nurses and oversee clinical staff scheduling.
- Assist with educational presentations as assigned by administrator.
- Identify ongoing needs and services of residents through assessment/service plan process, including documentation for changes in health care status.
- Oversee completion of monthly updates and report any pertinent changes.
- Coordinate with department coordinators to review and discuss potential changes in service/medication levels.
- Ensure service plans are updated according to state regulations.
- Participate in community awareness activities and community relations.
- Maintain communication with residents’ families and responsible parties regarding changes in care or health concerns.
- Inform Business Office of fee changes related to care needs.
- Schedule clinical staff on a monthly basis.
- Ensure adequate clinical supplies are available.
- Participate in a rotating on‑call schedule.
- Other duties as assigned.
Provide supervision to LPNs, Certified Nursing Assistants, and others as assigned to ensure consistent delivery of high‑quality care.
QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must:
- Have a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing; RN preferred.
- Have one year in a nursing leadership role; senior living experience preferred.
- Hold BSL certification.
- Possess strong communication skills, including ability to speak the primary language of residents.
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office and other relevant computer applications.
- Have ability to read, interpret, and write routine reports and correspondence.
- Show interest in working with a senior population and be courteous and friendly toward residents, guests, and staff.
- Demonstrate compliance with state regulations and ability to respond promptly to resident needs.
- Work primarily indoors in a climate‑controlled setting.
- May be exposed to blood, body fluids, chemicals, unpleasant odors, and hazardous materials as applicable.
Stand and walk regularly; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Regularly lift or move up to 50 lbs; up to 100 lbs with assistance. Push up to 350 lbs (wheelchair). Requires clear near and distance vision.
