The Obstetrics Registered Nurse will provide care in labor and delivery, postpartum, and recovery.
Nurses in this role are expected to float to the medical-surgical floor when there are no obstetric patients.
Flexibility and adaptability are essential to meet the needs of the unit.
Collaboration with the healthcare team is critical to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Strong communication skills will enhance patient education and support during the childbirth process.
Demonstrated ability to handle emergency situations and provide quality care is required.
