We are seeking a motivated and experienced Safety / Human Resources Manager to help lead our organization’s commitment to employee safety, compliance, and workforce development.
Responsibilities- Manage workplace safety programs and training
- Ensure OSHA and company compliance standards are met
- Oversee employee relations and HR functions
- Coordinate recruiting, onboarding, and retention efforts
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
- Maintain HR policies
- Experience in Human Resources and/or Safety Management
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and employment practices
- Professional, organized, and detail-oriented
