Charge Nurse - LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)

Atlantic Specialty Care – a 90‑bed long‑term care skilled nursing community located in Atlantic, IA.

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Charge Nurse – LPN to join our team and help deliver exceptional, person‑centered care to residents across our 40+ skilled nursing communities throughout Iowa.

• Deliver skilled nursing care under the supervision of an RN or DON.
• Supervise CNAs and other support staff to ensure quality care delivery.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with federal, state, and company guidelines.
• Promote a positive, respectful, and compassionate care environment.

• Current Iowa Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing or ability to activate.
• Valid CPR certification.
• Completion of a state‑approved LPN Supervisory Course or willingness to complete within the first 90 days of employment.
• Knowledge of federal and state long‑term care regulations.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for resident‑centered care.
