    Expedient seeks an experienced Regional Partner Manager to join our channel partner sales team and drive cloud and digital transformation sales in the Mid-Atlantic region, including Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, New Jersey, and Washington D.C.

    Must reside in one of the listed states to be considered.

    About the Role

    The Regional Partner Manager (RPM) will lead and grow relationships with strategic and premier channel partners, driving new business opportunities. This role is ideal for a high-performing channel sales professional with a track record of exceeding sales quotas, securing partner-driven revenue, and earning industry recognition.

    Key Responsibilities

    Develop & Expand Channel Partnerships – Cultivate and manage relationships with key partners to drive sales andincrease market penetration.
    Drive Cloud & Digital Transformation Sales – Leverage existing industry connections to generate qualified leads andclose deals with mid-sized to enterprise clients.
    Strategic Go-to-Market Planning – Collaborate with partners to create effective sales plans that align withExpedient’s cloud solutions and partner market positioning.
    Achieve Sales Targets – Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly recurring revenue goals and KPIs, includingpartner events, lead generation, and field sales meetings.
    Innovative Partner Engagement – Implement creative strategies such as joint marketing initiatives, sales incentives, SPIFFS, and exclusive partner events to maintain engagement and drive revenue growth.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    5+ years of experience in B2B channel sales, preferably inIaaS, cloud, and digital transformation solutions.
    Proven ability todevelop new business, generate leads, and manage complex sales cycles.
    Exceptionalrelationship-building, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
    Strong presentation and communication skills with experience leading discussions in bothsmall and large group settings.
    Ability to travel overnight (up to25% travel required).
    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is highly preferred.

    Compensation: Competitive base salary + performance-based commissions. Estimated OTE: $200K - $225K after ramp-up.
