Radiology Manager – Radiology Manager at ESCAMBIA COUNTY HEALTH CARE AUTHORITY

Manages overall operation of multi-modality imaging department including CT, MRI, US, Breast Imaging, Invasive procedures, Diagnostic Radiography and Nuclear medicine, to provide patient care services that meet ACH's standards of quality, efficiency, and desired outcomes.

• Develops, implements and manages departmental financial plans within allocated resources.
• Selects, orients, trains, evaluates and schedules departmental staff to ensure qualified personnel and specified outcomes.
• Implements and maintains systems and procedures necessary for daily operations, ensures compliance with regulatory standards and policies, and promotes ACH's mission.
• Implements and maintains defined departmental plans to ensure achievement of ACH's desired outcomes.
• Considers the age appropriate physical, psychosocial, educational, and environmental needs of patient/family in a systematic manner, as appropriate.

• Graduate of an accredited School of Radiologic Technology or equivalent.
• Licensure, Registration, Certification Registry with ARRT.
• B.S degree in applicable field or equivalent working knowledge.
• Considerable clinical knowledge of the area's scope of care/practice.
• Working knowledge of management practices and techniques.
• Working knowledge of similar clinical setting.
• Proven management skills.
• Good communication skills.
