RN Medical/ ED Float NOW HIRING: REGISTERED NURSE (RN) - NIGHT SHIFT
Full-Time | 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM | Alternating Weekends

Atmore Community Hospital is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Night Shift Team. If you are dedicated to providing exceptional patient care, enjoy working in a collaborative environment, and are willing to support multiple departments as needed, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do- Deliver safe, compassionate, and high-quality patient care
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Promote patient safety and quality outcomes
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture
- Float to other departments as needed to support patient care and hospital operations
- Current Alabama Registered Nurse (RN) License
- BLS Certification Required
- ACLS and PALS Certifications must be obtained within six (6) months of hire
- Previous acute care nursing experience preferred
- Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Flexibility and willingness to float between departments as needed
