Overall Job Summary
The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to execute tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
As a FAST Team Member, you should be flexible, service-oriented, and able to fulfill tasks including:

• Maintaining attendance and working varied shifts.
• Communicating with the District FAST Supervisor.
• Completing planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.
• Performing store measurements, cycle counts, and signage hanging.
• Assembling merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Delivering Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend Solutions, Add Value, and Appreciate.
• Ensuring a positive shopping experience and providing peak coverage as needed.

Required Qualifications
Prior retail or merchandising experience is required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.

Preferred Skills
Strong communication, problem-solving, and basic computer skills. Ability to resolve issues ethically and work independently.

Working Conditions
Mostly indoor with moderate noise, shifts typically 4-8 hours, travel between stores using personal vehicle, and adherence to safety guidelines.

Physical Requirements
Ability to travel, lift up to 50 pounds, operate store equipment, and perform physical activities such as standing, kneeling, reaching, and climbing ladders.
