Responsibilities

• Lead shifts each week to ensure a fast, accurate, friendly customer experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts to ensure quality, service and cleanliness.
• Plan for each shift, monitor performance, take action to meet McDonald’s standards, monitor safety, security and profitability.
• Communicate with next Shift Manager to help prepare them for a great shift.
• Help assigned departments meet their goals and targets.

Qualifications
