• Lead and supervise production teams to achieve safety, quality, and efficiency goals  
• Monitor and optimize daily plant operations for maximum productivity  
• Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements

Work Environment  This role operates in a manufacturing setting with exposure to varying temperatures, dust, and noise. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required. The position involves both office and plant floor responsibilities.
