What You'll Be Doing- Lead and supervise production teams to achieve safety, quality, and efficiency goals
- Monitor and optimize daily plant operations for maximum productivity
- Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and reduce costs
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and operational excellence

This role operates in a manufacturing setting with exposure to varying temperatures, dust, and noise. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required. The position involves both office and plant floor responsibilities.
