** What You'll Be Doing
*** Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on plant equipment and machinery
* Troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency
* Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
* Collaborate with team members to complete maintenance tasks and projects
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inspections
** What Are We Looking For
*** Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
* Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
* Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed
