Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Call Center Representative to join the team at a multi-specialty dental office. Applicants MUST have 3+ years of dental office experience. As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. Your responsibilities include answering phone calls, scheduling patient appointments, confirming patient information, collecting payments and insurance details, and assisting administrative staff as needed.

The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication and computer skills, and the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide an excellent customer experience
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
• Assist clients with paperwork, including consent forms
• Maintain a clean and inviting environment
• Provide general customer service and attend to customer needs throughout their visit

Qualifications:

• Three or more years of experience as a receptionist, preferably in a medical or dental office
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer service
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Familiarity with computers and scheduling software
• Excellent multitasking skills
