MOA (Mass Optometric Associates, PLLC), OPNH (Optometric Providers of NH, PLLC), and RIO (Rhode Island Optometrics, LLC) are independent group optometry practices serving patients across Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island in partnership with Visionworks. Focusing on comprehensive eye care, these practices provide routine and medical eye care, as well as vision correction services for eyeglasses and contacts. Catering to adults, children, and families, these practices are committed to offering high-quality and accessible eye care services to the community.

Role Description

The Optometrist will be responsible for conducting comprehensive eye exams, diagnosing and treating ocular diseases, and managing patients’ vision care needs. The role includes prescribing eyewear and contact lenses, identifying and addressing medical eye conditions, and educating patients on eye health. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Attleboro, MA, requiring interaction with diverse patient populations and a commitment to providing compassionate care.

Qualifications
  • Strong clinical expertise in conducting eye exams, diagnosing ocular conditions, and prescribing corrective lenses and treatments
  • Proficiency in medical eye care, including management of common ocular diseases
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients of all ages and backgrounds
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining patient records and prescriptions
  • Dedication to providing patient-centered care and a high standard of professionalism
  • Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution
  • Active and unrestricted optometry license in the state of Massachusetts
  • Experience treating pediatric and adult patients is a plus
