Master's Level Clinician (Seeking LICSW) - Full Time Hybrid - Sign on Bonus

Join Thriveworks in Attleboro, MA as a provider of telehealth and face‑to‑face behavioral health services. We are currently seeking provisionally licensed professionals who are pursuing Massachusetts Licensure as a LICSW. Clinicians offering 30+ hours of availability per week are eligible for a competitive ramp stipend.

• Full‑time availability (30 hours/week – 25+ client visits with 5 hours administrative time including supervisory meetings).

• Must live and be seeking licensure in the state where services are to be provided.
• Graduate of an approved 60‑credit hour program.
• Graduate or post‑graduate counseling experience treating depression and anxiety.
• Experience independently conducting intakes and diagnosing (preferred) according to DSM‑5 under a licensed supervisor.

Up to $73,600 based on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
