BLS; ACLS; telemetry experience; interpretation and management of dysrhythmias; pulmonary artery line/Swan Ganz monitoring; continuous IV sedation; procedural sedation administration

• Provide critical care nursing for medical and occasional surgical patients in a 14-bed ICU setting.
• Monitor and manage patients with diagnoses such as ARDS, COPD, COVID, alcohol withdrawal, GI bleed, and drug overdose.
• Administer and interpret dysrhythmias, manage pulmonary artery lines, and provide continuous IV sedation.
• Collaborate with intensivists, NPs, and rapid response team to ensure patient safety and effective care.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and follow ICU protocols during night shifts.
