Hope Health is seeking an experienced Palliative Nurse Practitioner for its affiliate Hope Health Hospice & Palliative Care to treat patients primarily at Sturdy Memorial Hospital in Attleboro, MA. This full-time role supports 8:00am–4:30pm hours and is eligible for benefits.
The NP collaborates with referring providers, assesses and relieves symptoms, and helps patients and families set compassionate goals for care. MA/RI licenses are required.
