Overview
Wayfair is hiring a Retail Receiving Associate for our Returns Outlet retail store in Attleboro, MA
. Join a dynamic team that delivers the world’s biggest home assortment to customers while experiencing rapid growth and continuous learning.
20 hours per week at $18.50 per hour.
HoursWeekends and day shift availability required. Store hours:
Monday‑Saturday 10:00am–8:00pm;
Sunday 11:00am–7:00pm.

- Act as a brand ambassador, creating a best‑in‑class customer experience inside the store.
- Manage stock levels, merchandise adjacencies, presentations, signing, and assortment across all departments, maintaining Wayfair and Tanger Outlets visual standards.
- Support customer fulfillment across all channels, including order pick‑up and incoming inventory.
- Maintain visual standards, replenishment, safety, and backroom standards.
- Participate in all operational aspects of the store: processing new products, floor sets, replenishment, substitutions, and general upkeep.
- Exemplify a positive and professional attitude toward customers and team members.
- Share innovative ideas and solutions to continuously improve team operations.
- Engage in a high‑energy, dynamic environment with frequent changes in products, promotions, and operations.
- Assist with furniture delivery to customers’ vehicles.
- 1+ year of stock receiving experience; retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Positive attitude and passion for excellent customer service.
- Strong organization, self‑motivation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work within a team environment.
- Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office applications preferred.
- Professional representation of Wayfair through polished communication and appearance.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Excellent active listening skills.
- Positive, professional attitude with enthusiasm for customer support.
- Technical acumen to learn necessary software for inventory and pricing.
- Ability to process information and merchandise through a computer system and POS register system.
- Frequently stand, walk, talk, and hear; handle or reach with hands and arms; occasional sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
- Must be comfortable lifting up to 75 pounds unassisted and maneuvering product up to 150+ pounds unassisted or via team lift.
- Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
