$15.00 - $20.00
The Retail Service Specialist will support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in areas of sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. This position will also assume shift management responsibilities in the absence of Assistant or Store Manager. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
Essential Job Functions- Lead team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
- Supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom and execute on customer service programs.
- Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
- Process buy online, hub transfers, and store to store orders in a timely manner.
- Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently according to procedure.
- Process retail customer returns and exchanges accurately and stage return merchandise correctly.
- Invoiced all merchandise, core charges and warranties before product leaves the store.
- Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
- Enforce posted work schedule, clocking in/out according to company policy.
- Perform all store opening/closing duties and day end procedures.
- Required:
Strong communication skills. - Required:
Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
- Desired:
Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts. - Desired:
Automotive systems and repair knowledge. - Desired: ASE Certification.
- Desired:
Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
