Retail Sales Associates are ambassadors of the Burlington brand on the front lines, providing world class service to customers. You will greet and assist customers, maintain a neat and organized sales floor, and support the management team with day-to-day store operations. Departments may include Ladies, Men, Youth, Sportswear, Shoes, Home, or Baby Depot.

• Assisting customers in locating merchandise when needed
• Assisting in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping
• Assisting in ringing up sales at registers and/or bagging merchandise
• Performing other tasks as assigned by the manager from time to time

• Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required

Base Pay: $15 per hour

Part-time associates may be eligible for Burlington’s benefits package, including dental and vision coverage, life insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, and a 401(k) plan, based on hours worked.
