District Sales Manager

What You'll Do:

• Oversee the daily operations of 2+ retail stores within a region, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
• Create and maintain a positive, energetic, and welcoming culture for both the sales team and our valued customers.
• Champion community engagement and marketing initiatives to build relationships and organically drive traffic / referrals to the store.
• Lead Marketing efforts through Social Media, local events, referrals, etc.
• Strategically manage store staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage based on business needs
• Drive sales performance and growth across key business metrics through effective leadership, coaching, and sales strategies.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, demonstrating exceptional customer interaction and sales techniques, while also embodying the desired store culture.
• Responsible for remotely managing store operations when not physically present in the location.

What You'll Bring:

• 2+ years of experience in retail wireless management or other relevant retail sales management experience.
• Two or more years of proven success in sales and/or customer experience within the wireless or a related industry, consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals and objectives.
• A demonstrated track record of developing and coaching sales representatives to achieve their full potential.
• Strong ability to train, motivate, and inspire a team to deliver outstanding results.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive, and constantly evolving retail environment.
• Flexibility to work a schedule of up to 45+ hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Social Media Marketing experience a plus
