Overview

Lead Installer – Mass Save Weatherization Crew at United Better Homes. The role leads a crew in insulation, air sealing, and weatherization work under the Mass Save program.

• Lead a team in performing insulation, air sealing, and weatherization services under the Mass Save program
• Train and supervise crew members to maximize efficiency and safety
• Conduct blower door tests and install weatherization materials
• Communicate with homeowners and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain and organize tools, materials, and job site cleanliness

• Previous experience in weatherization, insulation, or energy efficiency (Mass Save experience a plus)
• Ability to lead a team and complete projects on schedule
• Knowledge of building science principles and air sealing techniques
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in attics/crawl spaces
• Must pass drug screening & background check
