OverviewLABUR is partnering with a client to identify a Senior Oracle Developer who will play a critical hands-on technical role across several high-impact finance transformation initiatives. This developer will work directly within the financial modules to support system changes tied to global VAT process redesign, transfer pricing reconfiguration, operational restructuring, and a collections automation initiative. The ideal candidate brings deep Oracle EBS development expertise within the financial module, a solid understanding of financial processes, and the interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across a complex, senior-level stakeholder landscape.

Responsibilities Develop, enhance, and maintain Oracle EBS customizations across financial modules to support global VAT remediation, transfer pricing changes, and operational restructuring

Analyze and modernize a heavily customized Oracle EBS environment, identifying opportunities to align legacy configurations with current business needs and future-state architecture

Support the collections automation initiative by building and maintaining integrations between Oracle EBS and High Radius Deliver  reporting solutions and data outputs that support executive decision-making across multiple concurrent finance work streams

Collaborate with finance teams, project managers, and senior stakeholders to translate business requirements into reliable technical solutions

Operate in a fast-paced environment, rapidly assessing technical challenges and delivering production-ready solutions with minimal ramp-up time Navigate sensitive team dynamics with diplomacy, driving technical work forward without creating unnecessary friction

Qualifications

Strong Oracle EBS development experience with deep focus on financial modules

Reporting background with experience building financial reports and data outputs within Oracle EBSAbility to interface with senior leaders and communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

High emotional intelligence with a collaborative, low-friction approach — able to deliver results in politically sensitive or strained team environments

Proven ability to hit the ground running in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with competing priorities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational and time management skills

Compensation $80-$85/hr - Dependent on fit and experience
