Up to £75k  bonus  stock We are partnering with a high-growth global SaaS platform that supports brands and retailers in scaling their international presence. The business operates across multiple regions and works with well-known consumer brands, providing the tools and infrastructure needed to support global growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Solutions Engineer to join a dynamic and commercially focused technology team.

Youll take ownership of client integrations, working closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing success. This is a client-facing role with real ownership across the full integration lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities Lead technical discovery sessions with new and existing clients Advise on best-practice integration approaches and solution design Deliver product demonstrations and technical training sessions Own end-to-end integrations, including scoping, API setup, configuration, and troubleshooting Define and manage data flows between systems Collaborate with internal engineering teams to resolve issues and deliver client-specific requirements Act as a technical point of contact for internal and external stakeholders Share client feedback to inform product and engineering improvements Requirements 3 years experience in Solutions Engineering, Implementation, Integration, or similar roles within SaaS or web environments Strong knowledge of REST APIs, HTTP, and SQL Experience working with complex system architectures and integrations Proven troubleshooting and debugging skills Familiarity with JavaScript preferred Degree in Comp Sci or similar field Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts clearly Comfortable managing multiple projects and working with distributed teams
