Base pay range

$17.41/hr - $21.76/hr

Essential Functions

  • Ace Retail Operations:
    Know the ins‑and‑outs of the store and ensure smooth operation from pricing to inventory. Opening and closing the store is dialed, keeping it clean, organised and all famous styles easily shoppable.

    Maintain high standards and adhere to company policies. Use partner and resource collaboration to accomplish tasks.

Preferred Qualifications & Education
  • High School Diploma / GED.
  • Proficient working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures.
  • Retail store management experience or equivalent relevant management experience.
  • Experience leading and motivating a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate direction set by the store manager.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and train associates on selling and operational processes.
  • Flexible schedule, available for holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
  • Basic computer skills.
Physical Requirements And/or Environment
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs from floor level to above shoulder height using appropriate equipment and safety techniques.
  • Ability to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
  • Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
  • Knowledge of general retail practices and procedures needed to keep operations smooth.
  • Team player with high energy and enthusiasm to encourage associates and achieve goals together.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with a positive attitude and communicate the plan set by the store manager.
  • Skill in mentoring and training associates on selling and operational processes.
  • Availability for a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
