Responsibilities
- Manpower Management including Salary Employee Hiring, Retention, Development, Performance and Stellantis Production Way Involvement
- Participate in the accurate completion of Audit Management Activities including Product Process SOX Audit, MQGR ISO Audit, Stellantis Production Way Lean Audit
- Lead the Stellantis Production Way Lean Management activities for Logistics including Expansion and Depth activities, Audit Presentation and Benchmarking activities
- Lead Strategic Vision for MLM Department Key Process Indicator (KPI) initiatives to identify and attack top business losses
- Participate and support the Plant Strategic Vision development and execution from a MLM perspective
- Interacts with all levels of the organization including bargaining and non-bargaining hourly and salary employees as well as executive leadership
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment focused in production control, supply chain or material handling
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex issues as well as manage through all aspects of the daily business including escalation and communication as required
- Experience in setting strategic direction, leading and developing the MLM team
- Ability to demonstrate lean manufacturing knowledge and application
- Ability to implement, sustain and improve new or existing material flow processes and inventory control strategies
- Excellent oral and written communication skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
- Master's Degree in related field
- Stellantis Production Way Logistics Pillar knowledge
- Experience Working in a Unionized Environment
- Ability to relocate
