In order to reinforce our growth plans in North America, Marposs Corporation has an opening for a Buyer.

Reporting to the Materials Manager, this individual will purchase commercial components, negotiate with vendors and prepare freight documents.

• Verify orders for correctness
• Prepare commercial invoices and export documents (freight forwarder document)
• Interact with vendors and suppliers
• Receptionist duties:
  Answer main telephone number and front door for visitors
• Prepare various reports
• Maintain the vehicle fleet database
• Distribute fleet insurance certificates and prepare related reports
• Schedule apartment and car rentals
• Assist with physical inventory control
• Facility management
• Data Entry

• 1 to 3 years purchasing experience
• Must be able to work independently and possesses strong interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skill
• Excellent communication and written skills
