Responsibilities- Detailed cleaning skills
- Willingness to move and transport large items
- Packing and loading
- Wants to work in a team atmosphere
- Help builders, contractors, project engineers, and construction manager with all aspects of the job and the daily procedures of the project to ensure the project gets completed in a timely manner and you develop your construction skills
- Work in accordance with all safety guidelines on job site and immediately report any incidents or violations of work rules to supervisor
- Take part in the forward planning process to ensure the building will be well-maintained in the future
- Finalize home completions and walk homes or buildings with the construction manager and the client
- Ensure maintenance of a clean job site, watering the yard as needed to create a good exterior appearance
- Must live within 50 miles of Auburn Hills, Michigan, to be considered for this position
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Strong work ethic
- Friendly personality and the ability to work as a team
- Ability to work longer hours if needed
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Able to work outdoors for long periods of time, and be able to climb ladders and stairs
- Must have graduated high school or has GED
- Previous work experience as an admin or in the construction industry is valuable but not required
- Understand some basic skills and construction methods and know how to use some construction tools and equipment
- History of professionalism, being a team player, adhering to project schedules, regular attendance at work, and a strong work ethic
$16 - $20 hourly
