As an Estimator, you’ll play a key role in helping property owners recover after disaster. You’ll be responsible for scoping, estimating, and managing reconstruction projects while delivering exceptional service to homeowners, insurance adjusters, and property managers.

• Inspect residential and commercial loss sites to determine the scope of work

• Create accurate estimates in Xactimate

• Collaborate with adjusters, property managers, and clients

• Manage documentation and communication in tools like Outlook, Dash, Encircle, and Xactimate

• Negotiate with subcontractors and vendors

• Support emergency on-call rotation as needed

• 2+ years of experience in construction or restoration estimating

• Working knowledge of local building codes

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Experience with Xactimate and DASH A MUST

• Strong multitasking and time management skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

• Ability to manage high-stakes situations with confidence and professionalism
