WhatYou’ll Do
At Whisker, the Performance Sprint Studio is where art, psychology, and data collide—and the Creative / Content Strategist leads that charge. This role owns how Whisker shows up in the world’s most visible spaces—paid social, short‑form video, and emerging platforms—where cultural fluency and creative experimentation drive growth. You’ll lead a team built for speed, volume, and insight, transforming creative intuition into measurable impact.
Equal parts strategist, anthropologist, and maker, you’ll decode human behavior, identify cultural currents, and craft content that converts curiosity into action.

- Leads the Performance Sprint Studio—a dedicated in‑house team focused on high‑velocity, high‑impact creative built for paid social and performance channels
- Develops and executes the content strategy that fuels awareness, engagement, and conversion at scale
- Uses cultural insight, platform trends, and behavioral psychology to inform creative direction and testing
- Partners with Performance, Brand, and Media teams to translate audience data and test results into evolving creative frameworks
- Architects the creative testing roadmap—defining what we test, how we learn, and how those insights scale across the organization
- Oversees ideation, scripting, and production of thumb‑stopping video and static creative for Meta, Tik Tok, You Tube, and emerging channels
- Builds a system that balances creative quality with speed—enabling hundreds of assets per month without losing Whisker’s voice or design standard
- Analyzes performance data to identify winning ideas and creative attributes; evangelize insights to inform broader brand content
- Develops relationships with platform partners and creators to stay ahead of evolving content trends and tools
- Serves as Whisker’s cultural radar—understanding what moves audiences and when to move with them
- Will perform additional responsibilities when required
Directly supervises department Teams. Carries out supervisory responsibilities following Whisker policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, training, and hiring, planning, assigning and directing work, appraising performance, addressing team issues, and upholding safety and quality guidelines.
RequirementsWhat You’ll Bring
- BA/BS in Creative, Marketing or Business
- 10+ years of experience in creative strategy, social content, or performance storytelling—ideally within DTC, tech, or high‑growth consumer brands
- Proven track record building or leading in‑house creative teams optimized for performance and agility
- Deep platform expertise—Meta, Tik Tok, You Tube, Reddit, and emerging channels—plus an instinct for what works where
- Strong understanding of audience psychology, creative testing, and data‑backed storytelling
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize insights from data, culture, and conversation into actionable creative direction
