elt is a leading language learning company that provides innovative and effective language training solutions to individuals and businesses. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced French Language Trainer to join our team on a contract basis.

As a French Language Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality language training to our clients in the Auburn Hills, MI area. You will work closely with our clients to understand their language learning needs and develop personalized training plans to help them achieve their goals. Your main objective will be to provide engaging and interactive language lessons that will help our clients improve their communication skills and achieve fluency in their target language.

• Conduct language training sessions for individuals in person in Auburn Hills, MI
• Develop customized training plans based on the needs and goals of each learner
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods and materials to make the learning experience interactive and engaging
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of each learner and provide feedback and support as needed
• Collaborate with the elt team to continuously improve and update training materials and methods
• Maintain accurate records of training sessions and learner progress
• Communicate with learner to understand their needs and address any concerns or questions they may have
• Stay up-to-date with the latest language teaching techniques and trends

• Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Education, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a French language trainer or teacher
• Native or near-native proficiency in French
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to adapt to different learning styles and needs
• Experience with virtual teaching platforms is a plus
• Valid teaching certification is a plus
