Role OverviewLogistics Support Analysis (LSA) delivers a foundation for the Integrated Product Support (IPS) program by analyzing the system design and documenting source data to support the development and the delivery of the vehicle's system product support packages such as maintenance task lists, training support, technical publications, and initial provisioning package. Power
LOG-J2 serves as the JLTV IPS logistics data management tool.
- Operate Power
LOG-J2 to produce Logistics Support Analysis Reports (LSAR) and manage Logistics Product Data (LPD). - Process LSAR documents for review and contract delivery to TACOM.
- Perform LSA to enable the development of LPD to support Operations and Maintenance planning and deployment of the JLTV FoV and Support Equipment.
- Maintain and update LPD within Power
LOG-J2, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with GEIA-859A, Data Management. - Analyze data from testing, manufacturing, QA, and Maintenance Evaluation to update LPD.
- Continue Level of Repair Analysis (LORA) updates, incorporating industry best practices, service component maintenance philosophies, and MOS skill sets.
- Deliver LORA, MTA, and FMECA documents, ensuring alignment with GEIA standards.
- Coordinate with Technical Writers, Illustrators, and TACOM/JPO representatives for documentation and provisioning conferences.
- Develop provisioning documentation, repair parts manuals, and RPSTL parts manuals.
- General knowledge of Power
LOG-J2 or similar software. - Working knowledge of MIL‑STD‑1388‑2B and GEIA‑STD‑0007.
- Ability to read blueprints, identify vehicle and mechanical parts, and possess mechanical background.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Sight: regular reading of screens and documents.
- Hearing: ability to communicate clearly.
- Operates between office and manufacturing plant, often assigned to specific shift or hours.
- Exposed to extreme temperatures, inclement weather, heights, and noise.
- Requires teamwork, listening skills, instruction following, methodical approach, and concentration.
Up to 25% travel may be required.
