Job Title: Controls Integration Engineer

Location: Auburn Hills, MI

Duration: Long‑term contract

• Collect and deploy high‑level requirements with key stakeholders (Systems, Architecture, Network, Controls & Software and Validation teams).
• Coordinate Control feature development [MBSE – Model Based Software Engineering using MATLAB/Simulink tool set] by tracking technical deliverables, supporting discussions and change‑management approvals.
• Act as Technical Lead for controls testing, supporting test cases and tracking validation results.
• Coordinate Controls technical troubleshooting by leading issue resolution, managing and tracking all technical open points at program level.
• Develop detailed technical project timing and risk assessments assisting the Controls Managers.

• Proven record of working independently and within a team delivering high‑quality and robust technical solutions on complex systems.
• Bachelor/Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of engineering experience (2 years in automotive).
• Ability to work in an Agile environment.
• Previous experience as Controls/SW developer, testing or calibration engineer considered a plus.
• Proactive, takes ownership and is accountable.
